Newspaper, which is registered at the post office, can be sent at subsidized rate to the foreign countries and free of charge within the Nepal. It has to fulfill following criteria to be registered newspaper: 

► Newspaper should be published regularly within 32 or less days. 

► It has to be registered by concerned authority. Registration can be made at any post office by filling a form provided by the post office and submitting following documents:

 ► Registration certificate

 ► A list of subscribers (Minimum 30 Subscribers) 

► 2 copies of newspaper (last 2 episode)

पत्रिका दर्ता (मासिक अंक सम्म)

Ø रु १० को टिकट सहितको निवेदन

Ø जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयको दर्ता प्रमाण पत्रको प्रतिलिपि

Ø कम्तिमा ३० जना ग्राहकको लिस्ट

Ø पछ्लिलो २ अंकको पत्रिका

Ø रु ९६० को बैक भौचर (रा बा बैक)
