Magazine, Newspaper, Books, Sound records etc. which are in Braille or specially printed or recorded for blind are called blind literature.

If sender or receiver of blind literature is a educational institution recognized by Government of Nepal that can be sent free of cost.

The size of blind literature will be as same as letter. The maximum weight limit is 7 Kg. It can be registered by paying registration charge.
